Welcome to Halfpipe and Slippers - a place for older skaters to age disgracefully! This site has been set up to host information about skateboarding for folks in their thirties, forties and above and especially for those with families, kids, jobs, and mortgages to consider! The main aim of the site is to advocate skating NOW: getting out there and doing it, against all the odds, working around other commitments, keeping healthy, networking, and most of all HAVING FUN!
